$190 per session

I am happy to discuss insurance with you. There are many things to consider in whether and how to use your insurance for psychotherapy. Some issues are covered, some are not.  I don't bill insurance, but I'm happy to provide you with a "superbill" which you can send to your insurance for reimbursement.  If you are covered by Lyra benefits, I do work with them and they will cover qualified services.

Cancellation Policy
Standard policy for most Psychologists, myself included, is a 24 hour cancellation policy.  This is because I am reserving an hour of my time for you,  If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance so that I am able to give the time to someone else,  payment will be required for the full cost of the session.  Thank you for your understanding.

Therapy is Worth it
Some people balk at the price of therapy.  But there are few investments that can pay off so richly in your health and happiness as improving your marriage or your mental health.  Please remember that you are important, and you are worth it!
